James Gilkey is an Information Security professional with over a decade in the IT industry, providing services from general Help Desk support to full Active Directory management the St Louis area. He transitioned to security operations and DFIR in 2020, and finally into a full-time pentesting role in 2021. James holds degrees for System Administration and Cyber Security, as well as Sans certifications for Web App, Enterprise Network, and Cloud Pentesting. James was an Organizer for bsidesSTL until 2023, and has been a ShowMeCon volunteer since 2017. He currently work full time as a Red Team Operator (RTO), and builds training materials and tools for the Infosec community.
